Power Soccer

Hey guys! Guess what!! Today I was at Vocrehab taking care of some stuff for my school and a really nice guy came up to me and started talking to me about this sport called Power Soccer. Its a program here in Nevada that focuses on sports designed for the disabaled community. I got so excited. I almost jumped out of my chair. I have been looking for something like this in Vegas for a long time. So I was invited to attend there upcoming game. How cool is that! I have never been a sports kind of girl but soccer is my number one favorite. So I will keep you guys posted on the latest news. I am supposed to attend a game on Nov. 7th. My Prayer

Lord I know I have been pretty busy. Nonetheless, that is no excuse! So I just wanted to take a moment and reflect on Your loving kindness. There are no words to comprehend how great You are. I am dumbstruck by Your awesomeness. Without You I am like a ballon without air. I need You every second of everyday. Help me to breathe You in. You are my air and living water until the day You call me home. Help me to live my life like You want me too so I can be an example to others around me. I want to leave a legecy that people will remember and carry with them always. I will aways thank You, I will always praise You, I will aways love You, even unto the end and there after. Then we will be together for an eternity. I can't wait to gaze upon Your face. It is than that I will see Your nail percied hands, wounded side, and where they placed that crown of thorns on Your head....all for me! Finally, I will sit at Your feet and wash them with beautiful fragrance. Just like You do for us. You wash away all of our sins until we are found completely blameless in Your sight. Thank You! I love You with all my heart! You are my everything!

We Won!

My little cousin's team won! 5 to 7. Talk about a good game. My cousin is a good player. He is very competitive. He can run like a bullet. Well, I have to go study ya all because I have a test and a paper due this week. Everyone have a fabulous weekend!

Without You...

I am sitting here listening to Kirk Franklin and he wrote a song called Without You. It talks about without Him were just a song with no end, like having a heart that won't mend, were just actors on a stage, a child who's lost his way, wouldn't be here today without you. Amen to that my friends. Today at work I was having church with one of my other coworkers. Strange I know but there is another Christian lady who I work with and we were in the back listening to our (what I like to call) holy bump, Jesus freak, gospel music lol. It was so much fun and I don't know if you are allowed to have that much fun at work but oh well. :) She is so funny, great to work with, and such a blessing! If there's one thing Iv'e learned it's that God is all knowing, mighty, and powerful! He is in control of all your situations. Tonight, He says be still and know! Don't know why but I felt that I should put that out there. Consider it Reyda's nugget's of the day. But anyway, I think I'm gonna turn in. I have my little cousin's soccer game to go to tomorrow. I am so excited. I love going to these games and I'm looking forward to spending time with my family. I will let you guys know how the game turns out. Peace out!
